DISCOUNT POLICY APPLIED BY MARAIS BASTILLE NOTAIRES
AS FROM 1ST JANUARY 2021
Decree n°20166230 dated 26 February 2016 and decree dated 28 February 2020 set the regulated fees for French notaries, which are henceforth integrated into the French Commercial Code.
When services do not come within the scope of the regulated fees, notaries are entitled to negotiate their fees. An agreement concerning these fees is then signed with the client.
The tables below describe the discounts applied by MARAIS BASTILLE NOTAIRES to their share in the regulated fees received under above-mentioned regulations.
Sales of non residential real estate or social housing
